This fall, Energy Transition Research Center (EnTReC) team from the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca had great opportunities to disseminate the results of the innovative research performed within the EU Horizon EVELIXIA Project.

First, Professor Dan Micu participated as a keynote speaker at the 59th edition of the prestigious Universities Power Engineering Conference-UPEC2024 organized by Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd in September. The title of the speech was: "An EU projects-based perspective on energy transition towards decarbonization". It was a great honor for the entire team to represent TUCN at this very important event.

Congratulations to the conference organizers for delivering such a successful scientific event (Chair: Prof. A. Manu Haddad, Cardiff University).

Next, between October 17 and 19, in Iasi (Romania), EnTReC’s team attended the Workshop on Energy Efficiency: Transition to Climate Neutrality. The debate was part of the13th IEEE International Conference and Exposition on Electrical and Power Engineering and included solution presentations from companies and researchers in the energy field.
