EVELIXIA Kickoff Meeting

We are excited to announce the kickoff of the EVELIXIA project!

EVELIXIA is a pioneering venture set to revolutionize the integration of buildings into smart grid for a sustainable future.

Launched with the collaboration of 36 organizations across 12 EU countries, EVELIXIA is geared towards transforming EU buildings into Active Utility Nodes. This initiative will enhance Energy Efficiency, connectivity, intelligence, and flexibility within the EU's building stock, facilitating a seamless two-way interaction between buildings and the grid.

EVELIXIA is structured around five innovative pathways, including Building-to-Grid and Grid-to-Building services, Human-to-Building Interfaces, Systems Interoperability, and the deployment of innovative hardware solutions. Through our large-scale pilots in seven EU countries, we aim to demonstrate the project's potential in boosting energy self-consumption, reducing Greenhouse Gas Emissions, and increasing Renewable Energy generation, among other significant impacts.
