EVELIXIA at Sustainable Places 2025

EVELIXIA is excited to participate in Sustainable Places 2025, taking place in Milan from 9th to 11th October 2025. The project will be represented in both the auditorium session and dedicated workshops, showcasing its work on Smart Readiness Indicators (SRI) and neighbourhood regeneration.

Thematic track: Smart Readiness Indicator (SRI) market uptake – SRI Market Readiness

Thursday, 9th October, 09:00–13:00 | Auditorium

Organised by the Working Group #3 Stakeholders of the SRI Platform and the LIFE projects easySRI, SmartSquare, and SRI2MARKET, this thematic session will share practical insights to support the market uptake of the Smart Readiness Indicator. It will feature contributions from EU-funded projects including EVELIXIA, iEPB, SmarterEPC, tunES, and WILSON, alongside perspectives from industry and policymakers. Supported by eu.bac, BrainBox AI, IES and ARCADIS, this auditorium session will present test results, digitalisation drivers, and next steps for accelerating SRI adoption in smart buildings across Europe.

Workshop: Neighbourhood Regeneration 2.0 – Crafting sustainable and inclusive communities

Thursday, 9th October, 14:00–15:30 | Room 4

Organised by the REGEN, INHERIT, SNUG, SEEDS, REHOUSE, GINNGER, SINCERE, EVELIXIA and RENplusHOMES projects, this workshop will advance the clustering efforts of Built4People initiatives by aligning innovation actions with neighbourhood-scale sustainability and regeneration goals. It will showcase how diverse projects contribute to EU policy targets and support the transition from building-level to community-level impact. The session will co-design a 2025–2026 collaboration roadmap to strengthen synergies and scale up inclusive, low-carbon solutions.

Workshop: Smart Readiness Indicator (SRI) – Tools to support the uptake of the SRI

Thursday, 9th October, 16:00–17:30 | Room 3

Organised by the SRI2MARKET, SmartSquare, EVELIXIA, iEPB, EasySRI, and SmarterEPC projects, this workshop will present a suite of tools designed to support the practical uptake and implementation of the Smart Readiness Indicator (SRI). It will showcase interactive platforms, assessment tools, training resources, and audit procedures that bridge policy, user engagement, and technical integration. Through live demos and participant feedback, the session will highlight how digital tools and learning solutions can accelerate SRI adoption across Europe’s building sector.
